THE VANTAGE BANDAR MAHKOTA CHERAS

For this 2-storey terraced house, the goal was to create something different.
 

The homeowners, a couple, have a strong preference for black, marble, and metal finishes. One surprising decision was their agreement to use a black tone even for the altar, fully aligning with the overall design.
 

The result is a refined and luxurious space. As the absence of wood can feel slightly cool, softer tones were introduced to balance the atmosphere and add warmth.
 

An interesting feature is the connection between the living room and KTV room. A concealed door keeps the space clean, while a fish tank placed between the two areas creates a visual link, becoming a unique highlight. Careful planning was also needed to manage maintenance.
 

Another memorable element is the kitchen island. The clients wanted a floating kitchen island, and after exploring several options, a mirrored base was used to create the illusion of it floating.

屋主是一对夫妻，偏好黑色、大理石与金属元素。最特别的是，他们甚至同意将神台也以黑色呈现，使整体设计更加统一。

整体空间呈现出高雅且带有奢华感的氛围。由于没有使用木元素，空间会略显清冷，因此通过加入柔和色调来平衡，让环境更显温暖。
 

客厅与KTV房之间的连接也是一大亮点。我们采用隐形门保持空间的简洁，同时在两者之间设置鱼缸，形成视觉上的联系，带来新颖有趣的体验。当然，在设计过程中也花了不少心思去解决鱼缸的日常维护问题。
 

另一个令人印象深刻的元素是厨房岛台。屋主希望打造“悬浮”的效果，在多次方案探讨后，最终通过在岛台底部运用镜面设计，在视觉上实现了悬浮的感觉。
